I have not found Cecil's family tie yet. It is probable that he is the son of one of Dora Belle Spurlock Haney's brothers. He was born 16 Dec. 1911. d. 19 Jul 1942. It appears that his wife, Lula, is still living (b. 24 April 1919), however, there were several headstones out at Woodlawn that did not have death dates, when the people had obviously passed on. (i.e. there was a person born in 1881 who did not have a death date carved on their stone.)
